I bloody well hope these sane guys actually make it. If this keeps up and they are not allowed to return home, I damn well hope they at least get captured as POWs so they can spend the rest of war in prison on the other side. They might honestly have a better chance of survival there than in Russia.

As it looks like the Russian pushing in Bakhmut has finally stalled, it seems now their limited ammunition as well is finally catching up with them. Ukraine is short as well, but it looks like the Russian demands to surrender were purely to try and hope it would happen before they themselves would have to stop due to limited resources because of all of their lost men and ammunition.
