About time the mainstream media was covering this important moment like this.

I really don’t see why so many people are obsessed with the cities. They are good for a visit, not good for living. Just stay in towns and villages. Trust me, it’s much better in the long run.

I am in Britain and it’s great to see coverages of our traditions like this all being shown to people in the US. It will be wonderful hearing the bells ring out across the whole nation and it’s great to see that we are trying to get thousands of more people involved young and old to pass it on.

Sounds like a little slice of idyllic heaven to me. I mean, I know I have to get a job around there so obviously be able to survive and not have to learn the language, but if we’ve all got the right level of skill sets or education I’m sure a lot of people could do it. All you need, it’s good Wi-Fi. LOL

I would absolutely love to do this here in the UK as well. That or be placed into a wicker basket and have a tree planted above my grave, so that not only do I and the basket decompose naturally, but also my body can aid in the growth of the tree above.

Too right

Exactly. It’s like they’re just slapping the LEDs in there without considering about fine tuning them. LEDs can put out more than just one colour. That’s one of the benefits of them. Why aren’t they tuning them to put out a warmer colour and dialling down the output a bit? It’s bloody ridiculous.

@andyroo9381 Here here. Next time I head back up to London from down here in Cornwall, I will definitely be trying to pay attention to them more. Especially the sewage powered one. Now that’s brilliant. We should definitely be thinking of bringing more of those back in at the very least. Not a bad idea at all.

I sure hope s. Thankfully though, it seems like the US government is going to buy enough for Ukraine in the end, even though shipments NEED TO SPEED UO ASAP.

That is absolutely incredible. I honestly couldn’t imagine something like that happening in many other cities in the world. It does make me feel then that if I do you ever visit Tokyo I will be indeed quite safe.

It is quite mad. They’re just digging their own graves here. You’d think that an education in agriculture or science, art or mathematics would be enough. Whether you want to work in the inner city as someone who is quite creative, or as a resident of a smaller community helping with maintenance, educating the people or farming. All of these should be on the table for allowing people in but you don’t seem to see any news about that. I really want to be able to move there someday. I’ve got all my relevant qualifications from my education and I’m at university doing a games and film art course. Surely Japan would want someone like me to move there. If not, then what on earth is the lowest limit?😔

Couldn’t agree more. I should seriously go and check out that movie.

Now that is a truly beautiful memory. Wonderful.

America really is the embarrassment of the world. You guys really aren’t doing anything to help promote democracy. Then again, America never really was a democracy. It is a plutocracy. It’s time you guys finally embraced a majority popular vote like the majority of more sane democratic nations. That’s only one of a few very good ways you guys can hope to die down some of this insane gameshow tension that has been created in the states.

That really is wonderful to hear. I’m from Britain and when I do visit Japan someday, I will do my upmost to be respectful in any way I can. Usually we do that quite well but I think Japan will naturally be quite a culture shock in many ways. Thankfully though I’m sure a lot of the people who I’ll see there will be helpful.
