  1. Yep. This represents my experience 100%. I’ve been on and off tinder and bumble for many years now, sometimes staying on it for a couple of weeks before eventually petering off because I’m just not receiving the amount of matches I would like for the amount of effort being put in. And even if you do match with someone, you can’t always message them unless you pay a higher fee for membership. I’ve only ever paid for membership once, and just didn’t feel like I was getting anywhere near the amount of responses, if any responses for the money I was paying. Sometimes it’s fun to look at it and dream, but that’s all it ever is now. I’ve basically given up on them, and in person.
