  1. Her Majesty did a wonderful job here and it must’ve been a huge treat for everyone to welcome her on board the ship named after herself which she christened a few years ago. Glad though that HMS Queen Elizabeth will now go on her first full deployment since going through all of her test runs. I don’t want to be that guy though, but why are there U.S. Navy men on board are UK flagship in the first place? As it does feel a little bit odd. I do believe that a US destroyer arrived in Portsmouth the other day but I still don’t exactly see why it’s relevant! Not unless it’s designed to be a final celebratory meeting for them before we all deploy for the South China Sea as part of the large carrier strike group.
