  2. Weeeell, it all depends really on why you’re going in in my opinion. many strikes can be pre-emptive. That’s very crucial these days when it comes to things like intelligence gathering to figure out if somebody is going to attack you first, so you have to get them first instead. Also might be necessary if somebody is planning to liquidate or take away your territory. Britain might very well have to do this in the coming year or more.
