They will definitely go on the offensive eventually, it will just be way too down the line when we finally get our act together for all of the necessary weapons to arrive. It could’ve happened so much for earlier if we’d actually just pushed aside bureaucracy and just done it.

@claude9560 YesBut as they have said, Ukraine also has a huge surplus of people on the ground you are willing to fight, but they can’t on each and everyone of them. Unless someone outside of Ukraine and she has additional clothing, body armour and perhaps a rifle they can bring with them, there’s not much point. Not unless perhaps you are going to be involved in one of the international convoys dropping off food aid or military supplies. Well that’s something we could all be doing. If you can’t send literal armies into Ukraine, but at least we can do an army of people from across the world who are willing to help in other ways for the country to win.

Here here. Especially when it comes to more helmets, body armour and ammunition. You would think ammunition would be one of the first things to get there as it’s not exactly complicated stuff. It’s literally a case of shove it in and fire. You don’t need training on this. Especially as Ukraine has the equipment to at least use that stuff. If other countries are going to use it, then they at least need to handover their Soviet era ammunition or stuff that is still compatible in scale with Ukrainian rifles and long-range guns. We need actual updated information to confirm that Ukraine is getting the additional bullet ammunition it needs. We haven’t heard much about this but this should be among the easiest stuff to restock

@The_Reality_Filter That was unnecessary. Not all of us have the power to help directly on the front lines, even with money donations. We are talking about the people here who actually have the power and the means to actually make the difference but aren’t committing to it.

@claude9560 Which is WHY Ukrainians should’ve been training this whole time on US M1 tanks. The US literally has thousands of them. I’m not even exaggerating that. They’ve got a huge surplus that just keep getting mothballed and left in the deserts for whenever they might be needed. This has been going on since the end of the 90s. Any one of them is stronger and more powerful than a lot of the Russian tanks. It’s a bit late now, but since the end of February or March, they could’ve easily have trained Ukrainian crews on how to use them. The US could’ve handed over more than enough thanks for Ukraine to meet the necessary demand, and the US still would not be in the red in terms of its own numbers.

@greyvoice7949 IAgree. All of us in the general public are actually paid attention to around forces, could quite clearly see the threat from China and Russia ever-growing, for some reason our army continue to shrink under the weight of money and bureaucracy. Always focusing more and more on specialised fighting to combat reductions in troops. But that can only go so far. Plus with us allowing more and more women into roles that is simply a skilled enough for and having to lower standards to accommodate this demand from the far left, we are now in and have a greater danger of being out skilled and outgunned by more than one enemy who would be far more aggressive and unmerciful then perhaps our own soldiers would be. We are in deep trouble and we need to at least hope that the British government has seen this and is changing its teaching techniques and increasing the size of the Armed Forces as a result in secret.

You are definitely right there. I really would’ve thought he would’ve been getting his act together by now. Perhaps he will be a little bit more motivated now after his trip to Ukraine a few days ago. At least we’ve got to hope so. I’m glad Boris is committing a lot to help, including perhaps training an additional 10,000 Ukrainian soldiers in a three-month period. It’s taking a long time for additional replacements of ammunition to get to where it is needed, but at least we are actually making necessary commitments. It feels so humiliating that a country like Germany has a chancellor like this who isn’t doing what is necessary with such a weak spine.

@Sergeyspb2009 I do you have to mate I am a little worried about this. I’m betting some international aid has been destroyed but we haven’t got an exact numbers. It is making me worried that perhaps other countries have been informed of the exact numbers by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and this is making some hesitant about supplying them. I don’t think they seem to realise this is just another part of war. Although I do wish we had more exact numbers as to what equipment was damaged, even if this information might be dangerous for Russia to know. It would be devastating if it turns out A lot of the stuff was ammunition and perhaps rocket launchers included. That alone perhaps helmets and body armour. Altogether the amount of helmets alone being sent to Ukraine should’ve really been enough to supply every Ukrainian soldier. At least that’s what the numbers seem to suggest, yet we aren’t seeing that. So perhaps we need some more information here.
