Honestly I’m glad he’s not resigning. The fact that so many people have resigned out of nowhere Pretty just shows they are all cowards jumping what they perceive to be a sinking ship, expecting a prime minister to just leave and then jump back in again. More and more are doing it because of this huge domino effect, but if a prime minister actually broke the cycle like this and just outright refused to leave, which honestly I haven’t heard of before with this many people resigning, it could actually work out for him. We haven’t seen a PM do this in a very long time, and I’m honestly glad he is fighting back, in spite of his mistakes. Not just because he is our only option right now, but simply as the principle that people are too weak spine these days and him doing this or show people need to actually be more resilient in terms like these rather than just simply jumping ship for the sake of their careers and fake principles.
