Yeah, there is a lot of unfair trolls out there. Thankfully they do not make up the majority of people in this world.

I find it more likely that he would make it to a heaven than she would.

Yeah, and I wish him then the best of luck. We are about to hit 8 billion soon. We need this now more than ever. It’s sad but very true.

@tom brooks We are close to having 8 billion people on this planet. That is indeed over population. Also, we all know that plenty of the population are ignorant, even when they have got the facts. In the end a huge majority of people always just look at the information that suits their narrative and don’t always like to fully acknowledge the ones that go against it. True, corporations have massively exacerbated the entire situation to their benefit, but with a reduced population, they subsequently lose a huge source of their income. After that, we can focus on rebuilding quality over quantity.

I wouldn’t say that. We’ve had governments for thousands of years now in one form or another across the world. If anything ours is among the most sensible.

Indeed. It is an incredible achievement. If only he could’ve made it to the big 100. But he indeed lived all 99 of his years to the best.

@rhilol857 So are a lot of other older relatives who were younger than him, but you don’t hear all of us bashing them. Time moves on and he has massively stuck with the time is far more than many other people his age. He was a remarkable wonderful man.

@sanco8041 I am all for it. Once again this quote shows how ahead of his time he really was. If only people that actually paid attention to others with his views back then then, perhaps we’d be in less of the situations we are in in the first place.

@angryprincess5544 It feels like for mostly Africa the solution would really be just simply proper contraception and health awareness. With the rate at which they usually die each year in Africa by comparison to the rest of the world, if they weren’t having so many accidental children all the time they would easily drop off in population numbers. For India it feels like a mix of both health, contraception and cultural norms when it comes to the number of children couples are usually expected to have and the higher demand for a son over a daughter. But yes, overall a virus would still pretty much help across-the-board in acting as a clean slate to give people the space to change things. Much like what has happened now with a lot of cities around the world that pre-lockdown had a huge problem with overcrowding from tourists.

@RT-20 I am. It’s the chap who commented first who is being disrespectful by clearly being sarcastic with that emoji.
