  1. We reeeally need to give Ukraine everything they've asked for. Not sure the M1 US Tank is a good choice considering how different it is in design, fuel and functionality, even though it pacts a MUCH BIGGER punch with strength. Also it is a legacy build tank so the US has maaaany of them in use, both that are currently just sitting there mothballed going to absolute waste, and the ones in current service that the US can spare ready to go that still won't impact it's day-to-day effectiveness. But when compared to everything else, unless the US is FINALLY going to actually send in teams who're trained and capable of repairing and maintaining along with further training Ukrainian personnel on these tanks, it might almost certainly be a better choice to give some of the highly valuable and effective Challenger 2 Tanks from here in the UK to Ukraine. They're even more powerful and definitely faster and more maneuverable by comparison to the older US M1 tanks and, although it'd probably take 'just as long if not longer' to train Ukrainian tank crews on them when compared to the M1 they wouldn't have the same fuel problem when over there and probably easier to maintain in the long run in battle areas. I just hope a decision will be made, along with completing train so Ukrainian fighter pilots can get those F-16 fight jets over there ASAP. We need an update on that as well quickly.
