  46.  ?, ?,  The museum is a collaboration , the louvre is only there in name and for the cachet that it brings as the most famous art museum in the world . The financing of the museum is Arabic. US$525 million was paid by Abu Dhabi to be associated with the Louvre name, and an additional $747 million in exchange for art loans, special exhibitions and management advice. Arabtec is leading a consortium that is building the museum under a $653 million contract awarded early in 2013. The Louvre as i wrote is only there in name. Abu Dhabi museum is owned by (Abu Dhabi tourism and culture authority ) which is a branch of the louvre museum in Paris . Wrong , big time WRONG and antiquated since the Department of Culture and Tourism was established in February 2012 by Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, TO REPLACE Abu Dhabi's two main tourism and culture agencies, the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority and the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture and Heritage. The Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA) was established in February 2012 replacing the Abu Dhabi Authority for Culture & Heritage (ADACH) and the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority. And Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA) was a statutory body in the United Arab Emirates established in 2004 under the Government of Abu Dhabi’s economic diversification strategy. Nothing to do with the louvre in terms of financing and ownership. I work for the UN , i know my facts, that's what i am paid for. And i am very well paid. I also travel to the middle east officially , very regularly, and my son who is an art appraiser and restorer who works for the Louvre and the British Musuem, often works with the Middle East since he is specialized in middle and far eastern art. So unlike you, i know exactly what i am talking about.
