If this happens on a domestic Japanese flight , the passenger's) causing the problem gets 10 years without parole . In Japan , this is the law. Anybody who deliberately , and unnecessarily , endangers the life of other people gets 10 years . Maybe you should do that in the US . All these spring breakers in Japan and in Europe would end up in jail the second they land . There actually was a crazy guy like this on a flight i took from Okinawa to Tokyo, the second we landed in Tokyo the police was waiting for him, and he got given the choice between jail time for 10 years or leaving the country after paying a fine of 13000 dollars, without the authorization to re-enter Japan for 10 years . And this is only because he was American, had he been Japanese , that was jail , no trial . We don't waste tax money on trials when the person has been identified and reported by the entire flying crew and passengers . You are so soft in the US this is pathetic . But then you drag a passenger out of the plane like an animal when he is actually just trying to fly back home and wasn't causing any problem until asked to leave the plane . Great logic !

America is so fucked up this is hilarious .
I am married to another man we have three kids and life is fucking fantastic here in Switzerland , i was born accidentally (parent's job) in Arizona , you can't decide where you are born and who your family will be for the first decade and a half of your life , but you can change the rest of your life from that point on . I was lucky i have the most intelligent and caring parents on the planet who couldn't give less of a fuck of me being gay , my coming out lasted 3 seconds then they asked me to work hard prepare my future and try not to become an asshole , that was about it . My father told me , great whatever , gay is neither a personality nor a job or an occupation so make something more relevant of your life than being gay because this will get boring and irritating very soon if all you hear are stories about your gay life . Best fucking advice any parent could ever give to a gay kid . Anyway long story short . If you don't like your life or your family get the fuck away from it , jump on a bus on a plane , work your ass off and become the person you've always dreamt to be (in my case a veterinarian) the rest will fall into place naturally .
If your parents want to send you to those camps and threaten to disown you and cut out your resources , tell them to fuck off and leave the house , work your ass off in restaurants bars, clean the crappers do whatever it takes to sustain yourself and keep yourself alive without getting yourself into trouble , and get comfort in the fact that no matter how hard it is , it is always much better than lying to yourself and let people turn you into someone you will hate for the rest of your life . You are gay , this is not a disease not a fucking curse not a punishment from those fucking god misinterpretation, this is what you are , own it , no need to be proud of it , this is not a fucking peace Nobel prize but don't hate it , don't fight it and just live your life . I am a fucking nobody but if anybody needs to chat here , drop a line . You'll always get an answer . And for the cunts who just want to leave mean comment , piss the fuck off, comments will be immediately deleted and every cunt reported .

We can think anything about Trump and Melania. But let's be freaking honest here. Melania's gown was a masterpiece, it is perfectly tailored, perfectly executed, it looks like it was sewn on her body and let's face it, Melania has the face and the body of a model so she will make the gown look even better on her. She has a gorgeous face, a stunning figure, great hair, the makeup is flawless and the dress is a success. Regardless to my political views or lack of it, strictly from an aesthetic point of view of the best gowns and who wears it best, nobody beats Melania so far, except maybe Jackie O but i still prefer the modern look of Melania.
Plus she is just wearing one tiny pear of enormous diamond earrings, no necklace, no bracelet, and her hair is not done up. The look is simple, minimalist, yet absolutely stunning, greatly due to the fact that she is a beautiful woman.
Something anybody honest will agree.

I did modeling to put myself through med school (i was scouted so this wasn't a vanity thing, i just saw the opportunity to earn money while still being able to study), and Sean is absolutely right, the hardest thing is to keep contact with reality. One day you are working at a gas station in New Mexico and the following week you are walking the runways in Paris, Tokyo, NY and London, one day you are studying for your midterms and the next one you are having dinner with Lagerfeld or dancing with Madonna (Sorry Sean i did that before you!) so it is very difficult to keep in mind that one day everything is going to stop and you will be back where you started , so you'd better have a solid academic background to fall back on. I was lucky never to have been attracted by this kind of life, i always wanted to be a vet and this is what i am today. Actually, if anything, working for an industry which is so cruel to animals definitely strengthened my resolution to be of help to animals as a first hand witness of the agony they are put through for vanity. The other thing i am grateful to (so it may seem odd to thank them) are the dozens of people , female and male, who approached me and offered me (and many of my fellow male and female model friends), money for my (our) "company" . Whether my coworkers or myself accepted or not is irrelevant , but being surrounded by people who treat you like a piece of flesh they can buy or rent or lease (because the recruiters (read pimps) were everywhere too, often disguised as agents, photographers, close "friends") was a constant reminder of what life for most models goes on, once the career is over. And it seemed like once this door closes (shuts down actually) you are left with too options, escorting or porn, and none seemed very tempting to me.
You are wrong Sir, reality is not overrated , reality is the only thing which matters in life, and once you cut yourself away from it, your life stops being your life , it just becomes other people's life. A journalist of all people, should fully understand this concept and the importance of reality and sticking to it.
Today i live in the mountains of Switzerland half the year working for the Unesco biosphere and the other half in the northernmost part of Iceland where my family is from ( i was just born and partially raised in Arizona, Utah and New mexico), working as an ethologist for the Hornstrandir nature reserve. Sometimes i open some old boxes, albums and books i kept from that period and look at the photos or videos of those people everybody seems to know but whom i actually knew personally or worked with, like Naomi, Linda, Claudia, Christy, Madonna, George Michael, Boy george, Jean paul G, Yves SL, Karl, Vivienne, Kenzo, Yohji, Paco, etc, and old friends like Greg Hansen, Marcus, and the ones who are sadly not among us anymore, the gorgeous Albert Delegue and the Goddess Katoucha Niane, and still dear friends like Erin O'Connor, and my bestie Eve Salvail, and then i look out the window at the animals i take care off, the shelters i opened and the two clinics and i feel like reality is what matters.
I also realize that it is easier and more within anybody's reach to dance with Madonna and hang out with her than to support a thesis and complete veterinary school. So really when i hear that a model didn't rest for 6 months and didn't have a single day off, i can hardly feel sorry, especially when you still have a grasp on reality and know that there are single parents out there doing three jobs to feed their kids and nothing is glamorous or well remunerated about these jobs.
I am grateful to whatever allowed me to have this career, first and foremost this completely random DNA sequence which made me a potential candidate to this job), but i am also fairly certain i missed out on having a normal teenager and young adulthood and that in some way it must have left some damage here and there (i don't think a 16 year old boy should be offered money or a car by people three times his age to keep them company, or be exposed to a life of abuses he was absolutely not ready or made for. Maybe working at the gas station on road 491 in New Mexico wouldn't have been so bad. But sometimes when i think back of it, and because the day this car stopped and this model agency headhunter gave me his card after i checked his tires, refueled his car, and cleaned his windshield and told me to give him a call if interested, i often wonder if this wasn't all a test. After all the road back then was called road 666. Maybe Faust tempted me, or saved me because without it i might have never ended where i am today.
I wish Sean the best in life, he reminds me a lot of myself at that age (though he is far better looking than i was)but he seems equally simple and serene and chances are he will be a marine zoologist. That's all the bad i wish him.

@temistogen Bezos or Gates could get it if they had bid over 450 ,but the prince who bought it said that he was ready to go up to 1,5 Billion dollars to have it .
Actually when it comes to "the arabs" as you call them , this is the other way round, we have as much oil as they let us have . Next time you drive your car , remember this .
And yes 41 trillion , which makes Bezos and Gates look like little players. I mean Putin has more money then Bezos and gates put together , but he doesn't give a fuck about art . I actually very much like the fact that this "Arab" as you call him has a huge appreciation for art and the means to acquire what he wants..
I get it, you're maybe Serbian, the muslims Bosniaks had some with your people and you still find the pill hard to swallow. But do not make up things like "the arabs have as much money as the west let them have" , you know this is not true and if it was true then the west is allowing them to have more money than most western nations, how generous of us .

@TheAlchemicalPortal No Miaster Destruction , not only the Roths, this is an urban myth . The royal families of the middle East are rich beyond beliefs .Their assets are extremely private though and you won&t find it by googling their net worth . First of all because everything is under different names , using screen companies and other in between , Plus they do not need to place their money in Switzerland , because unlike the Roths, the Middle Eastern Royal family DO own their country and do not need anybody's permission to do whatever they chose . Trust me the 41 trillion is real .
And also don't underestimate the Chinese . You would be very surprised to learn about the assets and fortune of the president of China . Trust me here too, communism is long gone there , the only communist thing about china is the flag . Not a country has more billionaire than China . The Roths are filthy rich, no doubt about that and powerful , but not as rich as they once were .

Europa H2O Alien If you can not control yourself because you are with 200 other people, then don't take the plane . And if you are going to take the plane, instead of alcohol, get a xanax and do the rest of the passengers a favour .
And if you are going to blame the airline , then , the more the reason for you to take the train, your car or a ship .
You are exactly the kind of passenger i do not want to be allowed on planes..
I fly 4 times a week minimum between London where i work and Zurich where i live , plus i round trip per month to New York city and one ever two months to Tokyo and Hong Kong (i work for the UN) , very regularly to Berlin, Paris , and Venice because i like the cities and they are less than an hour away, and i fly back home to Iceland at least 4 times a year. I have never had any problem with Swiss air, with Japan air lines, or with Iceland air maybe because Swiss people, Japanese people and Icelandic people know how to behave . Even French, Germans and Italians know how to behave, actually Germans are terrific . The only times i have encountered bad passengers was in the US and in the UK and always because their ego was apparently too big for the plane or they had a little bit too much to drink .
If you can't control yourself, do not get on a plane . I will fly economy to Iceland, Swiss, Japan, France, Germany, Italy and Hong Kong, but i will always fly business or first to the UK, the US because i do not want to have to put up with degenerates who believe that the plane belongs to them or the airline owes them anything when they bought the cheapest possible ticket they could find on the net . And i don't want to have kids next to me either so ....
And don't insult rats , rats are extremely well behaved animals .

I know it is not the same , colons massacre the previous and rightful inhabitant . That bit is quite clear .
No no i just find it hilarious when , suddenly we hate foreigners, when we are the "rightful" "indigenous" people (which means , not americans), but seem to have no such values when we were and still are the invaders . Just keeping you honest in your comment, that's all.
No i don't hate foreigners, i actually love them, they bring new culture, new ideas, new concepts, a bit of exoticism i find delightful . I think people who hate foreigners , are people who feel threatened by them , or people who are uneducated (which is basically the same thing), and people who think that foreigners are going to take their job and their money and their resources and their land and their country and force them to become something else or kill them (rings a bell Westerners ?) . I am not threatened by foreigners, because i am professionally and financially secure, i have traveled a lot in my life and often lived abroad , being myself the foreigner , and i have never been a nuisance to anyone in these countries . People who fear foreigners are just uneducated people brainwashed by the media and unable to think by themselves . Luckily for me , i am not one of these , because i was raised right , and taught to make my own opinion based on my own observations and personal experiences , not TV or other media which only show or tell or depict what they want you to know or believe .

When you let Israel do the same on a daily basis to Innocents in Palestine and even provide the weapons and the forces to help, when you let the US do that to the entire middle east and provide the weapons and the troops to help , this is equally unfair and disgusting . so what the fuck do you expect ? You think that people are going to patiently wait until the end of the genocide and watch . This is a terrorist attack when it happens in your country and "just" war when it happens somewhere else ? For the Palestinians , for the Iraqi , for the Afghani for the Syrians , this is what happens every day , this is not 19 people killed , this is hundreds of thousands that are killed every year and millions since the beginning of the conflicts . and the terrorist are Israeli, Americans, Europeans . What the fuck do you expect ? This is only going to get worse and though i definitely do not condole the act , i completely understand it .i am truly sorry for these 19 victims and the dozen of people wounded , but do you feel sorry when an entire family in the middle east of innocent people , or an entire city is wiped out by British bombs ?
