@billcarson8371 what planet are you from. Russia has lost tens of thousands of its quality assets which tend to go boom. Russia has made little progress by sacrificing those assets and lots of people. Brute force and numbers not quality.

@bojanjavornik6406 Russia had a worse time in terms of casualties by nearly a factor of 10. West achieved primary objective pretty quickly but secondary objective to turn Afghananistan into more progressive democracy failed due to Afghans themselves. Afghanistan and Taliban have always proved challenging in their home territory, hit and run, suicide bombs and Ieds, etc. The Taliban knew they couldn't take on the West head on.

tiny compared to Ukraine's collection. Quality of their arms gone up massively if they use this. All western assets better at their job than Russian equivalents.

@Irishpotato81 Ukraine pulls back when nothing worth defending. Takes Russia weeks and months to conquer ruins of their own making with no cover or infrastructure. Also costs many thousands of troops and hundreds of assets. Current rate approx 150 Russian troops per sq km. Meanwhile Russian economy is slowly falling to bits.

@FrancesSanchez-gw7lt Kuwait ring any bells silly boy. They won in Yugoslavia, Libya, Iraq and helped kick out ISIS. Even in Afghanistan they achieved primary objective very fast and a tenth of the casualties of Russia. Also tried to leave them in a position to move forward as a country but Afghanistan leadership and army too weak to stand.

@sirius9897 we do, they prefer western kit. Western tanks and other armoured assets better technically, operationally and re survivability. Russian junk prone to sudden explosions and crew death. Russian stuff simpler to maintain but offset by corruption causing poor quality.

@sirius9897 the civilised world and intelligent people still say it. Much rather be in an Abrams, Leopard or Challenger. Definitely a Bradley, they love them. They are not invulnerable though especially against drones attacking weak spots. Extra armour and EW has helped a lot. Crew survivability much better than Russian equivalents. Just not enough of them and drones are a nightmare for all tanks.

Yugloslavia a necessary intervention to stop the war and genocide. Couldn't get full UN sanction due to Russia who was arming and supporting the war criminals. So feck off sick puppy. Libya did the hard work itself no ground troops, just air support to prevent massacres and that was UN sanctioned.. Afghanistan wasn't NATO but they dealt with the terrorist element and then tried to make Afghanistan a better place. The Afghan leadership, army and people let them down. Russia did nothing good and failed badly in Afghanistan with nearly ten times the military losses. Syria most death and destruction by Assad and his Russian air support and Iran militia and must not forget the need to deal with Isis. Not NATO. Iraq1 fine by you? Iraq2 was a mistake and they admit it, but not NATO.

All tanks vulnerable to drones but Western gear provides much more survivability. Russian junk lost in their many tens of thousands with much higher fatalitie rate.

@kingdomgateway7677 nothing superb about them. A lot of them certainly but not the best. SU57 is a joke. A50s taken out. Attack helicopters useless near front. Air superiority not achieved. Kinzhal stopped a number of times, not always, but often enough. NATO not involved directly on Ukrainian soil. 3 day war still going. Black Sea fleet decimated. Many tens of assets lost. 850k casualties. All going to plan.
