  2.  edwardschlosser1  I shoveled snow for dough while experiencing minor frostbite, mowed lawns and delivered newspapers as well while cherishing a 5 dollar bill or whatever. My contributions to Social Security thereafter started @ age 15 Lifeguarding/maintenance for the city pool. Since then, I have served in the Military, Fed Gov. and now State (Indiana). Each Generation is Different but I never witnessed such a lack of interaction and or attachment to the cell/smart phones in the last 2 to 4 years. It's not just young people with the cell phone addiction but people of all ages as well.

  3. I have never reared any children to my regret, but to see a "mother" addicted to her cell phone ignoring her children is pathetic.
