  3. I have some Chaga from a friend in Alaska. She cuts hers up in little 1 inch pieces. As long as that piece makes the tea dark it's still good. I let mine dry on a spoon. I've been using the same 1 inch piece for about a month now. I make about 16 oz at a time. It's really good for you. Warning: It can stain your teeth.
