  1. Yes it is. I lived just a little west of Bemidji. I sold my place in 2015. Couldn't do those frigid winters anymore. My arthritis was giving me fits. I'm in the Midwest now, coldest winter here was last winter. Record cold temps of -20. Go figure.🤔🤔😁😂😂
