Mr. Laws, I'm sitting here in my rocking chair, having my first cup of coffee and I watched this video. I was doing just fine.....until you started telling about the old witch. When I saw that picture with her googlie eyes, I spit my coffee out and laughed until I cried. My beloved husband asked me, "What's so darned funny at 5:35 am?" I played the video and he watched it too. Same thing happened to him. Ha ha...he has a vivid memory of raw head and bloody bones. My husband is 18 years older than me and was raised in Steele, Missouri. His Ma and Pa were sharecroppers, cotton pickers. My husband is 80. He remembers his Memaw telling him ghost stories. He always said he wanted to go under the bed to sleep on those nights. He couldn't though, his Ma kept her canning jars full of fruit under the beds. He shared a bed too, with 1 brother and 2 sisters. We really enjoyed this video. My husband had 2 strokes, cancer and developed diabetes last year. He's getting better but laughter is far away sometimes. You gave him laughter this morning. For that, I'm grateful to ya. 🦋
