  2. There are two sorts of responsibility: personal responsibility and responsibility to others. Ana completely overlooks responsibility to others and focuses on personal responsibility. Ben was far wiser in indicating that up to a certain extent, the bar tender has to use his/her discretion and just say no to someone who's obviously and overtly drunk. It's termed 'negligence' because you're neglecting your responsibility to your fellow man in serving them. Nobody has a divine right to be served
