@xmike87 guess i just needed the ethical view of it acknowledged. thing is, anna and cenk were in agreement since she said it shouldn't even go before a court; so now i don't understand why she got angry

@IncredibleStan legality is based on ethics. the legality surrounding this concerns the ethical consideration of the non right of a court to tell a husband or wife what to do with money in a joint account
