  4. "Recession" is just two or more quarters of consecutive negative GDP growth. If the purchasing power of the median salary workers is stable or better, the recession should be ignored. GDP and wealth are not the same thing. America has the highest GDP, with very poor purchasing power for their relative GDP strength.

Konstantin is grossly unhinged; Mexico and other Latin American countries have all been victims of Operation Condor and the Monroe Doctrine (manifesting in colour revolutions, soft and hard coups, along with a litany of Western sanctions). These are things he is obviously, and clearly, ignorant of, else he wouldn't make his absurd comments. Speaking stridently and confidently is no substitute for cogent arguments. There will not be a "somebody" on top, but it will be a loose confederacy of primarily Asian countries (I include Russia in this) that will suppress the western appetite for global political and economic dominance, by making it clear that it is now an impossibility. Living standards, economic and therefore political power are now growing rapidly in Asia, and have been for the past two decades; in another 15 years of this inexorable trend, and Mr Kis(s)in will finally catch up, at about the same time as the average reader of yellow press publications.
