  1. The Russian's point of reference is.....Russia. Perhaps if he got here in the early 90s, then enjoyed the Blair/Brown years (domestically at least) experienced a 2-day lead time to see his GP (as a normal occurrence) and consumer goods were cheap, he'd sing a different tune when comparing to today.
