Anyone who believes that's a graphical representation of a live event, are mentally handicapped. 26:00 - NHS has had its funding cut severely ever since the Tories took over in 2010. Rather myopic and uninformed opinion since the NHS is inordinately efficient, given the sparse resources provided, and the results reflect the diminished funding compared with the Blair/Brown years (7% of GDP under Labour, but only 4% under Thatcher/Major, though Major started the uptick). This is trivially easy to find and I can't watch past the 60 min' mark
