  2. There's that, but also it's the men who sell 75% of the tickets, sponsorship money and garner the lion's share of commercial partners. Even if they play 5 sets, they should get paid what they generate, and not a penny more. Fair's fair

  4.  @lillybell2068  That's patently untrue, since there is absolutely no impediment to women registering building companies (with whatever registrar is in your country) and then hiring women to fill those roles. The trouble is, for said hypothetical business owner, is that 99% of women will not apply for building roles, even in an accommodating environment led by women. Free choice is freedom, love.
