@borderlands6606 true, but the pre-fab sector of the building industry seems to attract all the lascivious types who can't wait to rip someone off, which is a shame because I think the pre-fab method should bring home advantages, since making stuff in a controlled environment like a factory should be a damn site (see what i did?) better than building outside, exposed to the elements.
