There's no ROI with relationships though, you'll have way more ups and downs than when single, but it's honestly more downs than ups. You have to perpetually manager her emotions, and it's not a full-time job, but you do have to remain vigilant always, which is tiring. Kids are the only reason to commit long term, and if you can do that without marriage, do it, and in the same household!
