  1. This guy looks like he's suffering from sarcopenia, and needs more protein (and resistance training). The proteins in plants are nowhere near as digestible, do not tend to be complete proteins (narrower amino acid profile) compared to meat and eggs. You only need to look at the 'Digestible Indispensable Amino Acid Score' to see it (it has a Wikipedia page, folks, enjoy).
