  3. Look at the full video, the officer grabs him by the back of his neck, and forces his head down, BEFORE he rightly resists the assault by the officer. If the officer wants to make an arrest, he should read him his rights, take out the cuffs, and calmly explain that he is being arrested, citing the charge, and providing his name and ID number.
