  1. "capitalism is the only system where both people say "thank you" after an exchange" - I understand the sentiment, but you're mixing up plain old trade with Capitalism. If I'm a carpenter selling my wares at cost, I am not a capitalist, but I still swap gratitude with my customers. A non profit buys from a co-op; trade happened, no capitalism. There's a reason we don't want businessmen in politics.
