Indeed. The first GMO's were harvested in the mid 1990's, but Joe says "100 years", exposing his abject ignorance whilst sounding off like he knows a fucking thing. Plant breeding is NOT gmo; any attempt to conflate is either born of ignorance or dishonesty. I think he should get his fucking laptop back

"When alternative medicine works, it becomes medicine". So your definition of "alternative medicine" is anything that doesn't work. Well done moron

WeedSuperMan that's like saying drugs aren't bad for you. Which drugs? Which gmo's? If you think gmo has zero potential for harm into the future with new products, then you're both naive and presumptuous

"Also the reason that cancer is the top killer of people now is because we live longer" - Optimus you are full of shit. Dietary habits have extremely strong links with cancer, and our diets have changed enormously in the past century. We are not living longer, we simply conquered infant mortality, which drives the life expectancy stats up. Learn2statistics. Donkey

"there are marked increases coinciding with the advents of antibiotics and statins" - No there aren't. I'm looking at CDC data now, and life expectancy was growing at a similar pace pre-1942 when the first antibiotic (Penicillin) came into widespread use and post 1942. In fact, life expectancy was virtually static between 1949 and 1961 before ramping up again. Advances in sanitation and an abundance of calories are the two primary factors in having conquered infant mortality. If you have two people, one dies shortly after birth, and the other lives to be 100, then you average out their lifespans, the average is a mere 50. This does NOT mean that there was a dearth of people aged 60+. It's an abject misunderstanding of statistics.

Why should I do your research for you? I went through CDC life expectancy data to investigate your bullshit claim that statins and antibiotics had a meaningful impact on life expectancy increases, and they do not. You've referenced PubMed without actually citing any particular study. Perhaps you should arm yourself with some data before taking to youtube. "I do seriously encourage you to take an all natural approach and go it your own" I haven't the slightest idea of what you're talking about. I think you need more antibiotics

you still don't have any data after I implored you to get some
