  1. Vegan diets aren't healthy by default since vegetables are lacking in minerals and proteins. Legumes and nuts become much more important under said diet, but you do have to be more educated when cooking for yourself as a vegan than an omnivore who can just pick a meat dish plus two veg and he/she is basically good
