  5. yanks just have no sense or sensitivity to public decorum. Any dog bred for fighting (bulldogs, pit bulls, etc) are all legally required to be muzzled and on a leash when in public spaces, according to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 (UK, obviously). Anyone not doing so, is literally breaking the law and need to be sanctioned in accordance with said law. That woman is just harping on about the issue because of her financial interest, and has no civic sensibility.
