@themule137 beef doesn't become less nutritious if you pack it with nitrites. it's plants that are losing their nutritional value, not meat.

@WhatIveLearned but they probably weren't eating 275g of carbs a day either (FDA guideline). The more animal protein you eat, the less room for carbs
