  1. he was unable to defend himself. all that would have happened is browne bludgeoning overoid in the face into a bloody mess. his hands were down by his sides. when browne was in trouble he was using at least one arm to cushion overoid's shots. overoid on the other hand lay there like a dead man. you people have no regard for overoid's health. ref did a good job

  3. browne's eyes never rolled back. there's no way overoid would have gotten up; he was unable to do anything about browne hitting him in the face whilst on the ground; he wasn't trying to defend or anything.
