@Genevasplaytime Oh, she's British, ethnically (ethnicity has nothing to do with race). I argue that her mental fortitude and tennis acumen is very non-British; when you consider you have to go back nearly 100 years (at least on the men's side, and nearly 50 years on the women's) to find an English champion, it's clear this country does not produce tennis stars; to call it a win for Britain is to co-opt something you've no right to. She's beautiful, talented, and not yours EDIT: Both Romania and China each have at least one recent singles major winner. Li Na and Simona Halep
