  7. Transgender people DO NOT fall under different statutes, laws, penal codes. EVERYONE has the same rights. Mixing up abortion services with transsexual operations is utterly disingenuous. The idea that only the far right are against catalysing the idea that you musn't mutilate your genitals prior to age 18 is news to me. It's just about everyone who's against it, for a plethora of reasons. The idea that you're "saving lives" by allowing these operations is ludicrous, since su1cide rates are higher post op than pre op. Taking a plethora of drugs and undergoing surgery leads to a lot of permanent, irreversible outcomes. These people need psychological help, not a scalpel. Moreover, it's about 0.3% of the population doing all the screaming. Why is a 0.3% issue getting 10% of the attention? Section 28 had nothing at all to do with transsexuality, since gay people mostly are not trans; he's being disingenuous, again. He also has no clue, or refuses to see how trans women are stealing the futures of very had working women in professional sports; it's grossly unfair due to the biological advantages one has simply by being born male. It's the primary reason the sexes are, and will always be, separated in most sports. Lastly, women do not want trans women sharing their bathrooms, on the whole, and no one can change that attitude, no matter how many trans women want it
