  11. My statement is not mutually exclusive with what you wrote. You want to stop the CULTURE of fear and victimhood, yet say nothing about those who are actually afraid and victimised. Or to put it another way, you're apparently just fine with the status quo, since you wish to leave it unchanged. However let's skip to the part where I point out that there is no risk of glancing being turned into sexual harassment. Why would anybody want to create a whole new set of crimes when they can't even handle the sheer volume of real crimes currently underway?
