  30. A fair enough request. Women are more likely to be sexually assaulted, harassed than men are. Women are also more likely to be murdered by their partners. Men are given advantages in the workplace, specifically in some of the more well-paid ones.

There is no limit you can put on trans rights that will make anybody else safer. How do I know this? Because we can't consistently observe the difference between trans and cis people. We are 100% reliant on individuals telling the truth. Think about it: Let's say you restrict access to spaces based on birth certificate. So you ban trans women from women's spaces, but you force trans men in. You know who looks, sounds and acts exactly like trans men? Cis men. So you're giving predatory cis men a complete pass into those spaces. Or let's say you create a third space for trans people specifically. How do you know who's trans? You don't. So either you enforce the rule lightly, making it easy to ignore, or you enforce it strictly and push cis people into this third space against their will. Does that sound safe? The fact is, terfs know this already. They just don't care. They do not have legitimate concerns.

Isn't that equally permanent? Come to think of it, what about cis teens who want the same type of healthcare? Young cis men get mascectomies sometimes - should that practice end? Interested to hear what your opinion on that is. Additionally, some points you brought up are incorrect: It's been a long time since Rowling was 'benign' or 'factual'. The terf position is incorrect from a scientific perspective - read some advanced biology for details. Also, Rowling has gone way off the deep end, and has publicly claimed we cannot assume trans people to be innocent before guilty.
