"at it's core there is the rejection of economics." My dude, economics was like the one thing Karl Marx couldn't shut up about, its the foundation of Communist ideas. By contrast, one of the things Marx wrote about was that capitalism cannot seem to last without crashing, and in the 150 years since not only has he been consistently proven correct, every capitalist economist has outright rejected this problem. Think about that for a moment: Economists have been saying that we won't see any more crashes for over a century. And we're about to have another crash.
