Probably not, since aren't sins removed once the correct criteria are met? But your DNA stays the same.

Apledore Considering how many scientific mistakes are also in there, I'd be wary of interpreting things that way.

Apledore I'm not seeing it, they seem to be saying something else. The central focus of the Bible was never a relationship, it was about redemption and being forgiven. Ask yourself why Jesus came to earth in the first place?

Apledore We're talking about an entity that placed a fruit in the garden specifically for people to NOT eat, knowing full well it would get eaten. "Why" isn't really a question we can ask, humans can't comprehend or relate to it.

Apledore That's a good point, but there's always the fact that we are always as close as he wants to be. Sorry to hear that you're sad, but I hope you don't hold people to the same standards.

Apledore I could be wrong but I don't think the whole "relationship with a diety" thing is in the bible, I thought that was a new-fangled ideal?

Apledore Not necessarily, you can forgive a total stranger if wronged. The term "father" means "creator" in this context, not actual father. I mean if we're not actually speaking with a father, are they really a father?

1sola1verita In the early times, it was apparently not too rare to actually interact with God though. Same can't be said today.
