  10. No, sorry but I live in a rural area and we all saw a massive increase to local rent. Housing supply is almost 0. But did our wages increase? Not really! Young people here cannot afford to rent, and there are so few jobs that it isn't even considered possible. So they are forced to live in the city, or move to another country.
