  3.  @llVIU  There is a NY thing where unrented spaces don't pay property tax, and I don't know what else.

  4.  @BrutusAlbion  Don't know if they do it anymore, but if you go to Turkey, almost nothing is fully completed, because you don't pay property tax while building. So people will build or at-least have additions to their houses that aren't complete, or some insignificant detail left to do.

  11. Why should you living be a business to someone else? The incentive is to throw unsuccessful people out of the area, to make prices go up. That is what "London" is. Move away and build a house you own.
