  7. Alright..bs..In 2012 apple, Google, Microsoft, all signed an agreement that allowed any government agency to request the data of users. This includes cell phone records. Nobody needs to hand over anything, they can simply request the records and they will be provided in full. No judges needed or anything else. All part of the eula these people clicked "I agree" on when first using their phones.
