Some attention please to the puerto rico governors. Who decided to make a certain river inlet full of wildlife in san juan clean...by pouring barrels and barrels of clorox into the water. They tried to make it into a private pool for their weekends, it was full of manatees. That was less than a year ago. It was environmental terrorism but nobody here can do anything, your attention from outside can do a lot more as its still a u.s. colony. Thanks.
