  1. doesnt look pretty though does it. your going to get most of society looking down their noses at it and only seeing the issue of feeling less glamourous filling a bottle..like that would be for the poorer person. the amount of advertising both direct and subliminal being pushed out by brands is not something that can be counteracted...theres no funding for that. nope they need to make the manufacturers pay cleanup. they should be forced to bio-id the plastics they produce so its always traceable back to the maker.

  2. it doesnt work to put the emphasis on users to recycle. it isnt workable for most given the pace of modern life. here in puerto rico they have recycling bins but they were just putting them into landfills with the rest of the trash. back in the uk the trash collection regarding recycling has been a complete disaster. streets lined with trash where local councils say they cant afford to keep up with the levels of waste. manufacturers should be charged with all cleanup costs.. theyll quickly change once it becomes more profitable to use planet safe ingredients. if its not...they wont change.
