  2. Putin cant. Not as far as i see it. Hes got all his communications hacked to bits at the border so he cant target those nukes. Thats why he needed the ai self guided missile system (he didnt get it). Also the west made some interesting moves with its constellation satellites and frances announcement that they have briefcase sized particle colliders now. Those colliders (especially ones rotating either side of an orb) can use neutrons to detect and probably destroy any nukes putin had hidden away, as well as the current trend for 3d mapping using cell phone and wifi signal disruptions to create live images of the world. No i think putin got his cloud of secrecy blown away and has found himself sitting on a giant nuclear bomb (all a bit wile.e.coyote). He needs to give up, but that ego 😬
