They appear to have no communications outside of the russian border. They need the chinese a.i. Guided missiles. Those dont need to be guided from within russia. But i dont think pooh bear is in any position to try anything, china needs its trade, its on the ropes as it is in terms of supplying its population and being built on plastic and cheap electronics exports. Also france created a particle collider the size of a briefcase about a year or so ago. Stick that in a satellite with some spooky action targeting and boom go all the rocket silos. ..or maybe even annoying poisonous elf on a shelf jim lahey's. @StArShIpEnTeRpRiSe spooky action and particle colliders in satelites. Who needs lasers, cross the beams like they told you not to in ghostbusters and pop goes the weasel. And yup they are controlled by a.i. thats why he seems to need them. Hes not having the best communications atm.
