That it was safe to take masks off with a 6ft distance, despite the studies all saying it's 28ft and that isn't including wind or motion (lab tests) also to take your masks off and open windows while driving, despite the two studies done in 2019 and 2021 saying an airborne virus leaves a trail 60ft long if the person is travelling at 15mph, imagine the motorways, veins of covid. How about the judge throwing out the evidence because "digital video isn't acceptable evidence in court",,while also refusing to call back the video expert and just deciding to make the decision himself.
