I remember in the early 80s when whirling disease hit the trout populations in California. it was a loss of several generations of both farmed and wild trout. I hope this is not a variant of that.

weird how all the comments here are in favor of the guy who lit the racoon on fire. Meanwhile, the father and daughter team that did the same, in the same city, last year received endless hate mail from internet warriors, and the city (Sarasota... same city), chose to convict them both on felony charges. what was the difference? the daughter chose to put video of the burning up on social media. that's it. I ask you to examine the responses to that situation vs this one here, and spend the afternoon considering what that really means.
