@srjsamsam "Very easily could've been the speed limit" no. he should have been driving a SAFE SPEED given the conditions... which included everybody in front of him having stopped or going very slow. Cops can easily give you a ticket for unsafe driving, which this was a PERFECT example of, even if you ARE doing "the speed limit". JFC, do you mofos even KNOW how to drive???

@victornelson6016 very unlikely. any medication that could do that, would have required a doctor's prescription, and both the doctor and the pharmacist would have instructed him as to side effects that could limit driving. It's the law... everywhere.

@29:45 Most paranoid dude i have ever seen. That cop bent over backwards to be nice to him. makes me wonder how many accidents have been caused by people paranoid "someone was following them". Also? YES, driving significantly UNDER the speed limit can be seen as "unsafe driving" and is in fact, against the law. the cop explained exactly why he pulled him over and was extremely consistent. this driver should seek professional help, and I don't mean from a lawyer.
