  3. It's because people people don't have enough confidence in their program in the work that they do to believe that someone would actually want to stay till the end... They don't personally believe that their shows are engaging and compelling enough that viewers would actually want to sit through it to the end. So the solution is let's show you the end and ruin it for you.. And yes every show does this. It's industry standard in a backwards world..
