How slow are you? Have you been riding the short bus all your life? She's been hired to play devil's advocate...

Especially if there is a husband for a spouse involved. Basically they said we're stumped and they sent her home.. Especially when anytime the husband's around it gets worse...

He has 6 kids so child support for the rest of his life. Don't forget about losing half of his wealth assets and properties and dividing them in half. And then don't forget he's like 3 million in debt or something in his business. And then don't forget that all the sudden he's not guaranteed to see his kids whenever he wants. The courts and the law is going to get in the way of him seeing his kids. Also how his kids are raised this is not going to be fully up to him. He may only see some kids on weekends or holidays. Usually the kids is the biggest thing. What middle-aged men want is the following: 1) Wealth 2) Posterity (Children) 3) New Wife/ Hot Wife The problem is after about 20 years your wife is going to be ‘spent’ and you're going to need to upgrade. But that's going to require you to lose one and two. So some men feel like they have worked hard enough to deserve all 3. It's really that simple folks...

You realize she could have been hired to present the state's argument. And a prosecutor can be higher to present the defense argument. They know each other's arguments.. To say that these people are ‘morons’ shows how long you been riding on the short bus.. Also shows how little you understand about our adversarial system of law in the United States..

@Marlaina Yet you'll call the defense attorney the literally worst names as if you're auditioning for Regina in mean girls..

Some actually don't; but I get what you're saying
3
LITERALLY!!!!!!! But if they're perceptive, they should know it!

And the doctors didn't get a sample of her blood to test for poisons... Heartless...

He said he used incognito browser

I'm sure you could do way better with the facts that she's working with. Secondly, she's hired to play devil's advocate. I'm sure you've never watched a full trial from start to finish... You probably worship prosecutors..

@everythingisaprocess You're clearly slow if you don't understand that her role on the show is to simulate what a defense argument would be based on these specific facts. Whether you buy the argument or not is irrelevant. Become a lawyer then. Or become a journalist. Or volunteer for jury duty. But more importantly learn about American history. Learn about why the defense attorney is a thousand times more important than the prosecutor. Their job is to make sure that government does not overstep YOUR + MY rights. When the declaration of Independence and the Constitution talk about the government they're talking about prosecutors. You're not talking about beat cops. Nobody cares about beat cops. You're talking about attorney generals. They're talking about prosecutors..!

@aleisaetheridge8682 She's representing a woman** I have to simplify the language for some people otherwise they think that the lawyer is literally defending their actions. No they legally representing their interests by two way translating what the judge says to client and what the client wishes to the. Judge. She's expensive and she's good. She's no Baez but with a less damning case she would be killing it...

How incompetent can a hospital or an ER be? Do you have a woman with inexplicable symptoms for 2 weeks. And nobody asks hey I wonder if she's being poisoned??? That's just so incompetent. Especially when the doctors are now saying that oh yeah some of her symptoms are actually consistent with poisoning... They are undetectable to the person being poisoned. But they still can be detected...

99% of the people in the comments would make a horrible lawyer because they don't have the cognitive athleticism to anticipate both sides of an argument. They are hiring sky Lazaro to basically inhabit the mind of a criminal defense attorney with these facts and the current law in Colorado..

@danieldavis3035 Why can't 99.9% of the people in the comments comprehend that? It's as if they only have the capacity to think with their emotions and not logically analyze two sides of an argument. It actually takes a high-level of intelligence to immerse yourself in the facts of someone else's case and then simulate what a defense attorney would be thinking and what type of arguments the dentist's lawyer would need to be making---when the dentist isn't even your client..

@sabam473 He probably has a pretty good civil case against that person that opened his package...

@Saymyname-zj2ml What is DNS ?

@mpayne8206 I'm back. Thanks for the suggestion. I took months.

@susieK70 If you could vote on weather Kori Richins gets an attorney, you would vote “No” and feel very self-righteous about it.. Just like the people feeling self-righteous about killing Trump

@SeattleRaindrop206 They hired her for several reasons. She has an expertise in trying cases where the defended is accused of poisoning the decedent. She also works Utah cases. She needs as much exposure right now she can get.. for her law firm..

@SR-cz5sp @SR-cz5sp First of all you don't even have a real username. You could be a bot for all we know. But that's beside the point. And people should be astounded at your lack of basic knowledge. When you're going to come out attacking a constitutional hero for doing their job. Defense attorneys aren't literally defending people. They are representing the interests of their clients in court. What does that mean? It means they are translators. They translate abstruse and arcane legalese into language a layperson can understand. But it's Huey legalese translation: the judge doesn't understand common Man English and the defendant or the client doesn't understand the judge. So if the client says it wasn't me it was her ex-husband. Then the defense attorney has to seek a “third party culpability motion” or if the defendant wants to challenge the credentials of the expert the defense has to ask the judge to “voir dire the expert in the middle of direct examination” or ask for a “Daubert hearing” if the client tells the attorney that I don't think that's my gun they have to hire a ballistics expert; they have to go over witness statements if the trial happened 4 to 5 years ago. But to your lay eyes--you'll probably say, There they go again, those evil defense attorneys--» revictimizing these poor people again and asking them all these tough, pointed and iprobing questions 😡 can't she see that they're grieving?! How about you ask your client those questions!!” ☝🏾 Someone that writes that just shows ignorance. You're either ignorant or you hate that person for doing their job. Which just means you're hateful person. They have to zealously represent you as if their life is on the line. And when you get accusers whose memory is hazy and you're the prosecutor and you're STILL bringing the case b/c you want to be famous and you don't care how many dodgy convictions do you need a stack to get there. What's funny is so many prosecutors will after 25 years will all of a sudden turn around and start representing clients to make way more money. In the advertise themselves as knowing all the inside baseball-they don't care about Justice they don't care about they don't have any principles. Just about money and fame. But you'll never see a defense attorney with 30 years under his belt joining the prosecution because it's it's like 🤷🏾♂️ so yeah I decided to become a cop so I could prosecute this high-profile national case. So I could prosecute El Chapo and Cosby -- > said no defense attorney ever...😂😂😂 There's so many things that the average person doesn't know and needs a defense attorney for. So when you see a defense attorney just picture a translator. There's nothing political and there's nothing controversial about it.

@addieperryman How about they have a right to an attorney. Period. That sounds a lot more American then saying well I think you should have a right because it will benefit me in the following ways: A) Conviction will last B) Peace of Mind C) Etc etc Etc I mean that's the real test of being an American. It's not about doing what's easy it's about being that shining city on a hill.
1
@addieperryman We are the leader of the Free World. That's because of our Constitution. Not because of McDonald's or because we're the wealthiest country or anything like that. It's because of our Bill of Rights. We basically invented freedom in 1776.

@joysmith1213 I'm not wishing that upon you but one day you realize that prosecutors are soulless ghouls that were not loved as children. If they ever really were children... You've been warned...

@myliza700 So you agree with her. It's like saying hey this guy's out of shape. And suppose you work out three times a week but you're still obese. Does all the junk food in your pantry CONCLUSIVELY PROVE ANYTHING? No but it's easy target 🎯 You can get a search warrant to look further
