  22.  @SR-cz5sp   @SR-cz5sp  First of all you don't even have a real username. You could be a bot for all we know. But that's beside the point. And people should be astounded at your lack of basic knowledge. When you're going to come out attacking a constitutional hero for doing their job. Defense attorneys aren't literally defending people. They are representing the interests of their clients in court. What does that mean? It means they are translators. They translate abstruse and arcane legalese into language a layperson can understand. But it's Huey legalese translation: the judge doesn't understand common Man English and the defendant or the client doesn't understand the judge. So if the client says it wasn't me it was her ex-husband. Then the defense attorney has to seek a “third party culpability motion” or if the defendant wants to challenge the credentials of the expert the defense has to ask the judge to “voir dire the expert in the middle of direct examination” or ask for a “Daubert hearing” if the client tells the attorney that I don't think that's my gun they have to hire a ballistics expert; they have to go over witness statements if the trial happened 4 to 5 years ago. But to your lay eyes--you'll probably say, There they go again, those evil defense attorneys--» revictimizing these poor people again and asking them all these tough, pointed and iprobing questions 😡 can't she see that they're grieving?! How about you ask your client those questions!!” ☝🏾 Someone that writes that just shows ignorance. You're either ignorant or you hate that person for doing their job. Which just means you're hateful person. They have to zealously represent you as if their life is on the line. And when you get accusers whose memory is hazy and you're the prosecutor and you're STILL bringing the case b/c you want to be famous and you don't care how many dodgy convictions do you need a stack to get there. What's funny is so many prosecutors will after 25 years will all of a sudden turn around and start representing clients to make way more money. In the advertise themselves as knowing all the inside baseball-they don't care about Justice they don't care about they don't have any principles. Just about money and fame. But you'll never see a defense attorney with 30 years under his belt joining the prosecution because it's it's like 🤷🏾‍♂️ so yeah I decided to become a cop so I could prosecute this high-profile national case. So I could prosecute El Chapo and Cosby -- > said no defense attorney ever...😂😂😂 There's so many things that the average person doesn't know and needs a defense attorney for. So when you see a defense attorney just picture a translator. There's nothing political and there's nothing controversial about it.
